Exploring Faith

Exploring Faith is taught during the education hour by Phyllis Newton and assisted by Todd Pickard.  It is offered on Sunday Mornings in Room 202 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM

Exploring Faith® is a four-year Bible study for Sunday school that enables children to experience God through Jesus Christ. Children and the adults who live and work with them will experience together, in Christian community, the stories and messages of the Bible appropriate to the children’s increasing maturity through lessons that provide opportunities for discussion and ideas for activities.

Exploring Faith will help children and the adults who work with them:

develop a deep and life-giving relationship with God

respond in faith to Jesus Christ’s redeeming love

seek and trust the guidance of the Holy Spirit

recognize the Holy Bible as the Word of God, the primary guide for faith and practice

identify themselves as children of God and grow in discipleship.
